Returns time limit
Our returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase it will not be possible to offer a refund or exchange.

Returns overview

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It is also essential to send it back in the original packaging (excludes outer mailing packaging)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning unwanted orders.  Please remember that postage to send orders out is free of charge and so customers only need to pay for postage if an item needs to be returned.

If you are shipping an item over 2kg you should consider using a courier firm with a trackable service as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.  We recommend using Evri couriers who can be booked online and can be 50% cheaper than Royal Mail.
