Returns time limit
Our returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase it will not be possible to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It is also essential to send it back in the original packaging (excludes outer mailing packaging)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning unwanted orders. Please remember that postage to send orders out is free of charge and so customers only need to pay for postage if an item needs to be returned.

Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 working days for this complete.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Late or missing refunds
First check your bank or credit card account. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted, this can be 3-5 working days.
