Homemaker Bedding strive to make your shopping experience pleasant and convenient.

Below are some key points to help make the entire purchasing process run a little more smoothly. 

[ Ways to pay ]

All prices displayed on the web site include VAT at the applicable current rate.

Payments can be made by the following methods:

[ Deliveries ]

UK Free standard (3-5 working days)

UK Express delivery (1-3 working days)

> All options are sent on a fully tracked UK service with Royal Mail

> One fixed delivery charge, regardless of order size

> Express option - Order by 1pm for same day dispatch 24 hour service.

Express exclusions: Orders placed at the weekend will be dispatched on the Monday for a next working day delivery. Orders placed on a Friday are not guaranteed to arrive on a Saturday.

 

[ Cancellations ]

The delivery lorry is loaded at 1pm daily and we will not be able to retrieve a parcel to cancel or make changes during the loading time. Please be sure to give us plenty of notice if a change or cancellation is required and we will do our best to accommodate although this cannot be guaranteed.

We understand that items are not always deemed suitable.  For whatever reason buyers can cancel an order within 30 days of receipt by following the returns procedure.

[ Returns ]

Our returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase it will not be possible to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It is also essential to send it back in the original packaging (excludes outer mailing packaging)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over 2kg it would be best to consider using a courier firm with a tracking service to ensure delivery confirmation as we cannot be responsible if goods do not arrive.  We recommend using Hermes couriers who can be booked online and are often 50% cheaper than Royal Mail.

Refunds
Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 7 working days for this process.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
